These terms apply when you use MUTUAL at mutual.sustima.com, including when you buy a MUTUAL full report. Please read them before you pay.

MUTUAL is a Relationship Health Check for personal reflection. It helps you look at a relationship from your side and, based on the evidence you report, from the other person's side. The second view is your own reading of the other person, not their view. MUTUAL is not counselling, therapy, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict how a relationship will turn out. Your results are only as accurate as your answers. MUTUAL is intended for people aged 16 and over.
If you feel unsafe in a relationship, MUTUAL is not the right tool. Please contact someone you trust or a local support service.
Your first result is free. The full report costs US$4.99, paid by card through Stripe. In some countries the price is set in local currency, and you will see that price before you pay. Payments in Naira are collected through Paystack by OmiTrain, our training partner in Nigeria, on behalf of Sustima. One full report holds up to five relationships. From time to time we offer the full report free for a set period, and any such offer is shown on the MUTUAL website with its end date.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe or Paystack on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Your full report is delivered online as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can read it on screen, download it as a PDF, and reopen it later from its private link.
Because the report is a digital product that you receive immediately, we do not normally give refunds once it has been unlocked. We will give you a full refund in any of these cases:
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank or payment provider usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show them. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Your report is for your own personal use. Use first names or initials for the people you assess, and do not use MUTUAL to monitor, pressure or harm anyone. You may not copy, resell or republish the MUTUAL questions, scoring method or report content, or use them to build a competing product. MUTUAL™ and its methodology are the property of Sustima LLC.
We work hard to keep MUTUAL accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything relating to MUTUAL is limited to the amount you paid for your report.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you paid apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
