MUTUAL™ Relationship Health Check is provided by Sustima LLC, a company registered in the United States. This statement explains what information MUTUAL collects, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
Your first and last name, email address and country. For each relationship you assess: the first name or initials you give, the circle and role you choose, your answers, the evidence choices you make, and the results we calculate from them. Whether you asked to receive tips and offers. If you buy the full report, the payment status and a payment reference. If you used an event code, which code it was. Where you came to MUTUAL from, for example a link we shared.
Please use a first name or initials only. MUTUAL never contacts the people you assess and never tells them they were assessed. Our team does not read individual answers. Our admin tools show only counts and the pattern names, not the names you entered or your answers.
We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe or Paystack on their own secure pages.
To calculate your results and show you your report. To let you reopen your report later from its private link. To confirm payments. To send up to two reminder emails if you started MUTUAL but did not unlock your full report, and one email about a month after your full report inviting you to check again. To send occasional tips and offers, only if you ticked the box to receive them. To understand, in total numbers, how MUTUAL is used so we can improve it.
Supabase stores our database. Netlify hosts the website and runs our server. Stripe and Paystack process payments. Resend sends our emails. Google Fonts and Cloudflare deliver fonts and the PDF tool to your browser. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Your report has a private link. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust.
Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. By using MUTUAL you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
We keep your report so that you can return to it. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so, unless we must keep a payment record for tax or legal reasons.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to tips and offers at any time. Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link. Write to mutual@sustima.com and we will respond within 30 days.
MUTUAL keeps a small note in your browser so you can continue your report, finish a payment, or use an event pass. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
MUTUAL is intended for people aged 16 and over.
If we change this statement, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be shown on the MUTUAL website.
